Food Analysis
At Empiria Labs, we specialize in applying high-resolution technology to identify toxic components in fruits, vegetables, and food products at all stages of production. We use only validated methods and procedures for chemistry testing, including those from the FDA, USDA, AOAC, EPA, USP, and other validated protocols developed by our customers or Empiria’s in-house methods. Most of our procedures involve accelerated solid extraction (ASE-350), QuEChERS extraction/Clean up, and solid phase extraction (SPE) prior to analysis by a specific analytical technique. We are an ISO-17025:2017 accreditated lab by American Association of Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) under certificate No 6401.01.
